Thank you for visiting and shopping at The Pet Base. Below are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (EST).

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for orders under $50.
Free Shipping: All orders over $50.00 USD qualify for Free Insured Shipping. Because we source our boutique collections directly from our international partners to keep your costs low, our standard delivery window is 8-15 business days.
Please note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to seasonal volume or customs.

3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number provided via email within 3-5 days of purchase.
