Return & Refund Policy

At The Pet Base, we stand by our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns
You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in the original packaging.

How to Start a Return
Please email support@thepetbase.com with your order number to receive a Return Authorization.

Return Shipping

• Damaged/Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged or is the wrong product, The Pet Base will cover the cost of return shipping.

• Change of Mind: For all other returns, the customer is responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning the item.

Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee.

Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
